Will asus zenfone max plus (M1) X018D get android 10 update?

I haven't got Android 9 yet on my asus_x018d. I wouldn't hold your breath. Last time I check in here (early 2020) indications were the x018d would at least get Android 9.

As a matter of fact I haven't even had a security update for Oreo 8.1 since May 5, 2019. For this reason (lack of ongoing support) when my wife broke broke the screen on her Zenfone last week we replaced it with a Galaxy A52 5G.
