Good day,
Please kindly restore the "Play To" app for a check.
(settings > apps & notifications >app info> 3 dots menu > show system> "Play To"> storage & memory >clear data and cache.)
Does this problem appear under safe mode?
In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
