Random vibration while talking on the phone

Last edited by Beetroot on 2019/9/11 12:36 Hi. My Max 2 vibrate randomly while talking. It can be short or long vibration. For 1 minute converstion it can vibrate several times. It doesn't matter if data transmission is on/off or VoLTE settings is on/off or WiFi is on/off. I read that Zb632 have the same issue. It' very annoying. Is it software or hardware issue? Is it covered by warranty?

Hi Selena, Thank you for your attention. My build number you can check on first photo. I checked under safe mode and it doesn't help. When I talk on the phone and the screen is off there are random vibrations. It doesn't matter if I touch the screen with ear, fingers or not. The problem is gone when I disabled vibration in settings - accessibility - vibration - touch response (second photo, sorry in polish).Vibration when call or notifications I left on. There's no doubt that it's software bug. Best regards.

Hi Beetroot Can you help me confirm that phone is up to date? The latest version for ZB633KL is WW-16.2018.1908.48. Hi Selena, Unfortunately my phone doesn't see any new OTA updates. I'm in Poland. Is this latest update coming to Europe? Or how to update to newest version without using OTA? Best regards
