Description: Hello Asus team, i have a problem with my phone, yeasterday i left it charging and today when i tried to reboot it, it got blocked on the Asus screen. I tried to make factory reset, but when i try to do that i see still the same logo and the message on the green text, i dont see any recovery menu. Can you please help / advise?
