Not received Android 10 update on Asus max M2 device

This update is AOSP/developer image version, which is for development purpose, not (yet) stable and has lots of bug so it currently won't available through FOTA update (I hope it available soon).
If you willing to upgrade, make sure to follow all of the instructions mentioned (such as hard reset).
