I have been experiencing this situation always that the Android System and the Screen is consuming a lot of my battery and even though my phone is off the screen is consuming the battery so I would just like to ask what solution can you give me because I can't use my phone constantly because I need to charge it I have been experiencing this problem since the last update and I would like to ask when will the new update come?

If possible, please kindly show me your battery screenshots so that we could understand more which app run out the battery a lot. 1. Battery : settings> Battery 2. Hi johnpaulsayson518 Good day Can you provide some information and screenshots regarding the battery drain issue? Please charge your phone to full before going to sleep, and leave it unused and unplugged overnight. Please capture screenshots as below on the next morning before you use your phone and tell me how many percentage of power the phone has consumed overnight. 1. Battery: settings> Battery (Device usage since full charge) 2. History details: settings> Battery> Advanced battery usage Also please check the message in box, I would appreciate your reply.
