MaxPlus Screen Won't Turn Off

This midnight, my phone was working normally when out of nowhere the screen cannot turn off. When I push the power button it just blinks and go to lock screen. Screen timeout won't work too. I've tried safe mode but I don't know how that would help. I see that this is quite a common problem. Wth asus.

Hi aaron.voon636 Good day What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Do you use any power saver apps with permission-prevent device from turning off screen? In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded. Please help to check whether the problem still exist in safe mode. Thank you:)
