Damm even I am having a similar kind of issue, I have searched all over the internet and even have posted on number of threads on different forum, no solution seems to work. I am really frustrated, can anyone of you here help me resolve this issue, I am very much tired now.

Pull down the screen>Quick Settings menu>tap the pencil and paper icon
2. Could you find "FM Radio"in App info?
Settings>Apps & notifications>See all>App info>tap the 3 points in the top-right row>Show system

thanks for this i found the fm radio app but still how can i put the app icon in home menu
