How-to reset all (password with the dots drawing)

I lost my password (the one with the dots drawing) and when I tried to reset the entire Zenfone 3 Max (ZC553KL), after I do the whole hardware reset process, I do the configuration (language, wifi connection, licenses...) when I choose to starting from scratch, it asks again for the password with the dot drawing (which I missed). So how do I clean this up and start from scratch?
