How to disable vibration when putting in the charge cable?

I have a ZenFone...phone. I'm not sure which one. I couldn't find it on my phone, it only says Asus and I have "Zen" features.
When I put the charging usb cable in my phone, my phone vibrates for 1 second. I've disabled all vibrations, but it still vibrates when doing this. How do I disable this?

Thank you for your asking. As I just tested several model, none of the vibration while inserting the charging cable, which can help to diagnose the symptom of faulty device, cannot be disabled.
Please let me know which Android device have you experienced this function , and I may put a word as design suggestion to the relevant team for future design. Thanks again.
