When I connect the charger it vibrates and the battery logo switches from green to white as if the charger had been disconnected; then it vibrates again as if the charger had been connected and the logo turns green but only for a second as it turns white again.
This erratic behavior is worrisome and I'm displeased how the latest update rendered my device useless. It's just like apple throttling their devices.

Since which firmware update did this start to happen?
* Find the firmware version in Settings > System > About phone > Software information
We would suggest you switch to different cables and check again.
