Disable sound camera video

I can disable the sound when I take a photo, but not when I start or stop recording videos.

Thank you for your asking. The camera sounds have different regulations from country to country. To my knowledge, countries like Japan have mandatory order to camera sounds. Otherwise, please check
open Camera app>tap Settings icon on the top row>Shutter Sound>Disable

Thank you for the answer. My country is Italy and the phone is Zenfone Max M2 (ASUS_X01AD).
There is that option when the camera app is in photo mode, but not when it is in video mode.

Thank you for your reply. This is a normal behavior based on qualcomm. Please modify the video recording sound by Volume>Media volume
