Hola amigos por favor alguien puede ayudarme tengo problema con la carga de mi teléfono, sale que esta cargando pero no sube del 15%. Que puedo hacer?? Help me

Thank you for your asking. For battery related issue, kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to change the cable and the adapter.
2. Please try to clean your port with soft tools (e,g. compressed air can).
3. Does the issue appear right after any system/apps' download or update? Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

Is there any zone heating up while using/idling? How long has the battery been used? 
Please note that batteries are essentially consumables. Li-ion batteries, featuring continuous chemical reactions, will naturally decline over time and lose capacity.
