bug in the game or the cellphone??

I tried as u told to the a man the have a same problem to me but i still keep freezing te screen cant show a record because i have just one cellphone and i cant send a video beacuse the game freezes randomly pls help i tried clearing the cache and the data it works just for 1 day in the next day it will freeze again pls help 😞
