Hi there. I just bought the Zenfone 4 max 2 days ago. As expected, the 4100 mah battery got me through 2 days of moderate usage with some YouTube and gaming. However today, Im not too sure but I noticed the battery draining 2% suddenly at times. Is this a software issue? Cause i had no software updates between today and yesterday, and I had a full charge last night. Is anyone else experiencing this

May I ask if you bought it from the official website, a dealer, or another channel?
Whether it is the ZC520KL as in the title or the ZE554KL as in context, if you find a battery issue within 7 days of purchase, please contact the dealer.
