ZENFONE M1 PRO BOOTLOGO POPED UP WHILE USING AND STUCK IN BOOTLOOP

Guys while in use my ZENFONE which has never been rooted just went to bootlogo and is stuck in bootloop now.Can access only Fastbootmode CSC,cant boot into recovery.Can anyone please help

I already took it but they returned it because they dont know what the problem is.
