Zenfone 7 Pro BOOTLOOP, doesn't even let me do a factory restart

Star I

Phone is not rooted. Tried applying the update via SD, but says that timestamp is older than the current version (timestamp 1700213753) the update version is 16.. something. Downloaded the firmware from official Asus support: ZenFone 7 (ZS670KS/ZS671KS) Software Image: WW-31.0210.0210.324 for WW/EU/RU SKUs Can not find any newer versions anywhere. This is the error code: failed to clear bcb message: failed to open /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/misc: No such file or directory. And factory restart gives me the same message: /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/misc. So... what can I do?
