Hello everyone, this is kat and I am Deaf, please help me how to fix for system update failed (3) unknown error system restored to previous configuration asus zenfone max pro m1 after firmware 061 from android 9. Please help me. I tired to fix for firmware android 10 but still system update fail. Please help me, thanks. If yes, just commend here please or just email me on kyenna24@gmail.com please.

It would be better for other users too if you can tell me the current Firmware version of your phone so that I would definitely help you with the correct resolution and you would fix the issue by today.

If you are on latest version that is Android 9 firmware .61 ,
You cannot downgrade to firmware.60 or upgrade to Android 10beta.
Only those who using the .60 firmware only to upgrade android 10beta.
