1. Kindly let us know under which app the touch is not responding - If its only chrome, it's a known issue and not ASUS related.
2. Kindly share with us the RMA no. as you have visited the service center for this issue.
3. If the issue persists only with chrome kindly check with another browser for few days and revert back.
4 . Request you to share with us the latest firmware of the device.

This bugs Is not related to specific app. This Issue is in software many time when I try to unlock my device that time also this issue ary at the time of watching videos or playing game COC etc. This is Software bug not application bug OK.Hi there, we'd kindly request you to go through the below points:
