Widgets are updated with a big delay.

APP Name: all widgets

All widgets that need to be updated every second (timers, stopwatches, clocks) do this with a delay of 15-20 seconds. Any idea how to fix this? I don't want to reset the smartphone now. It is better to leave for later. Besides, I have doubts that reset will help.
