Why I can't updated A10 - Version WW-17.2017.2006.429 to Version WW-17.2017.2008.432 by OTA (auto apdate) ?
Why I have to do it manual and reset all my settings again?

WW-17.2017.2008.432 is beta 4 for Asus Zenfone max pro M1. That is the reason why you are not receiving the update via OTA. We will receive an OTA only when Asus releases a stable Android 10 build.
Remove PIN, Fingerprint and Face unlock feature and install the update manually. You will most probably not loose any data. I have done the same and all my data are safe.
