VoLte problem

Hi asus,
I am using asus zenfone max pro m1(4GB) and I am not getting the volte option for vodafone in network setting whether this Vodafone sim showing volte on other phone. But I am getting volte option for Jio on my zenfone max pro m1.
Please give the solution for the above.

If Build number is Firmware Version then
Build number: PKQ1.WW_Phone-16.2017.2007.084-20200706.
If not then tell me how know the firmware version.
