Vodafone VOLTE problem.

Volte enabling option is absent.
I'm in android 10 beta 2 now but in pie also there are no option for enabling VOLTE for Vodafone sim in my device. Please slove my problem

But this is absent for my device. I put this same sim card on other phone then the VOLTE works perfectly. But in my device there is no option.

This is the problem with Vodafone i used to have same problem but after changing the sim fixed my problem. Vodafone CC will never acknowledge this as a problem.

Changing Sim means? Can you please explain me in details?
