Well, I've been a user of Max Pro M1 since it's launch 2 yrs ago and was literally loosing my cool so Yesterday I did the unbelievable.
I finally Installed Pixel Experience Rom (Android 10 based).
So now no more begging for an update from Asus.
The custom rom made my phone perform just like any Google Pixel device.

I beg to differ. The device is good. The hardware and everything is absolutely brilliant. Still performs well. Definitely credit goes to Asus for that.
The issue is pushing software update. That's where the company lags.
