SinghApps killing out memory, did u tried, ending apps & other stuffs, & checked, if same thing is happening, then this is a real bug which asus will take more time to fix, as current bugs in updates still not fixed.

SinghSadly the Google app just constantly uses huge Memory in background similar to OS,System and UI. Chrome doesn't have high average memory usage but it does have high max memory usage.

Software bug in Max Pro M1 device
With 3GB Ram if you really want multi tasking ,disable ones which use average memory more. Mainly "google app".
Give it a try. Disable and you can multi task 6 to 7 apps without reloading.

I use chrome more. Needed the extra ram for multi tasking apps along with chrome.
SinghIf you want to multi task with other apps more than disable Google app for the 3Gb model.
