Problem with my asus zenfone max pro m1 (screen)

Hello guys.
Recently I replaced my asus zenfone max pro m1 display with a local screen.
Problems which I am facing:
1) SCREEN JITTER:
when ever I place 2 fingers on my screen it starts shaking. (Video is added)
2) screen refresh rate decreased:
The screen feels laggy with the animations.
When I play a 60fps video on YouTube it feels like a 40fps video.
Kindly help me in this,if u have a solution

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Check your phone for the latest software version.

3. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1005163/
4. If still you face the issue

5. Last option would be to visit
