Firmware Version: .094
Rooted or not: NO
Frequency of Occurrence: ALWAYS
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

there is no signal on lock screen
but there is volte sign
I'm able to make call
when i unlock the device signal come back

Hi there, kindly follow the below steps:
1 . Request you to confirm the device you are using as the screenshots seem to be of different device.
2 . Kindly check with another SIM and check if the issue persists.
3 . Clear system cache.
4. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
5. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
6. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

I'm using max pro m2
and that problem was fixed when i restarted my device

double tap to wake up screen isn't working since last update even i have turn on this feature from setting

double tap to turn off screen is working

some time I'm unable to open recent tab
this problem occurs 1 or 2 times in a month
