After the latest update both asus and google chrome, 4 out of 5 apps that i install, they just remain stuck for a long time on the first loading screen, either eventually respond and work or they give not responding app notification. Old apps are not affected, did anyone experience this issue? Anyone have any idea how to fix the issue or even rollback to previous version before latest update?

Hi bst.tcc
Thank you for your reply. Have your device been rooted or unlocked before? If it haven't been rooted and already tried the factory reset, please contact ASUS repair center in the country of your residence: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs
If you still want to downgrade the firmware, the website didn't release Android 9 to Android 8 file, yet you could downgrade by the following steps

Or even a way to downgrade my Android 9 updates, cause even with factory reset I didn't have to update my Android 9 so I would suspect is still the last version that was giving me the issues even before.

I was able to do a little "hack" to downgrade, was also able to update to Android 10 and worked fine until Google started to auto update something at the beginning, then I started to encounter same issues. It looks like a software maybe compatibility issues somewhere cause some apps work just fine while other don't work or work with issues.
