Lost widewine L1 status and showing wrong serial number in settings

Current firmware:WW063

I lost widewine L1 status and the settings is showing wrong serial number after directly upgrading to Android 10 WW429 .I downgraded to WW060 using Asus software and upgraded to WW 063 still problem is not solved.What do I do?pls reply?

Manually update to .082 firmware and see if the problem still exists.

No more experiments.I am frustrated of this upgrading and downgrading.I need only a solution.Thanks for ur reply.Do u think the Asus service center team can fix this.
