After 429 update of Android 10 developer version, every incoming calls rings after a duration of 4 to 5 seconds of the actual call placed by the other side!!

Did this behavior appear in previous versions?
If possible, could you show us a short video? Does it appear when receiving a call from different persons?

No, it's only in version 429 and i can't provide you video as i have downgraded for this issue..

It's from every caller not only a specific.
I have tried calling from other devices and saw that a total of 5 second delay the incoming call notification comes which has answer or reject options
