Does the device still stay in Zenfone image? If it is, please try the following steps to access recovery mode for the Factory Reset:
0. Try to back up your data with USB cable
1. Power off the phone, then keep pressing "volume down key"
2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration. Still keep pressing "volume down key"
3. Stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset">"Factory data reset"
5. "Reboot system now"

Please note that once the steps are completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

If you can perform re-boot, kindly try reset Network: Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
Or you may also try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

Yes, still stuck on zenfone image but can access to recovery mode.
But unfortunately, i cant back up my data (not using a memory card) with usb cable cos my comp cant detected. Is there a way to able to save data before going to factory reset???
