It's mid August, but no android 10 update

As anyone knows... Probably next month Google will release android 11 and our device still didn't get stable version of Android 10... Even android 9 didn't took this much time to get in our phones... Then why asus is taking too much time to release it's stable version of Android 10 for Max Pro M1?
