(HELP)PUBG MOBILE LOADING SCREEN FORCE CLOSE

Any one experienced this? My PUBG MOBILE keeps on crashing when I'm in the loading screen but when I used guest account I can proceed to the lobby(my account is linked in Facebook) I tried all the menthod from Clear Cache,Clear Data,Force Stop, Uninstall Reinstall, and even Factory Data Reset but it's still not working Look like I'm just the one encountering this. PLEASE I NEED HELP

Hi abishekbenson123, Please try reinstalling PUBG. If the problem still appears, please tell me your firmware version and PUBG version. Is your situation also only able to load in the game in guest mode? Please kindly show me a short video of this problem for us to make sure.
