GPS fix

When I start using GMaps or Waze, GPS is not fixed for several minutes. I also switched off the phone, 2 or 3 times, but with no results. I use the navigator but the point is out from the itinery. I never rooted the phone. It seems that the GPS sensor is not working correctly. After several minutes, finally the phone start to work. Updated to Android Pie recently. Could be a software problem? I need to be solved. Regards

Hi hrtracci Can you help me confirm that phone is up to date? The latest version for ZB631KL is WW_16.2017.1906.067. What's your location settings? For best performance, please set the mode to "High accuracy" If the problem exist, please help testing your phone GPS functionality under safe mode.
