Device is not register

After Andriod 10 developer version- 2 updated I have faced many issue
In the Google Play Store where I see device is not register.
when I want to update any system file (i.e- Android security patch ) that time I have to download manually from ASUS original website but after downloaded the download file is not detected any how.I don't know exactly what happened. but help me out.

Since you are on beta 2 you cannot download and install Pie based security patches. Its normal bro😊

Thank you for your asking. If your current firmware version is Android 10 and you want to downgrade to Android 9, please check ASUS website and download the downgrade file in micro SDcard for further process. The device need to downgrade to Android 9, then you can upgrade to your preferred version in Android 9.

You may follow the steps below as 10 to 9 downgrade steps.
1. Download "downgrade file" and then put the image file into the root directory of the MicroSD card.
2. Insert MicroSD card into phone and then power off the device.
3. Long press with "Power" key and "Volume Down" key together and stop after feel the vibration to enter Recovery Mode
4. Use "Volume Down/Up" key and press "Power" key to choose "Apply update from external storage"
5. Select the downgrade file
6. When the updating process is done, Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" and tap"Yes" to perform the master clear.
7. "Wipe cache partition" > "Yes"
8. "Reboot system now"

I understood that I have to downgrade to Android 9.If I don't do it, then is there any other option for this? and the second thing is that I am using Developer Version. Is there any chances to get stable version?

and another problem is that after download system android security patch level file from ASUS Official website that the file is not detected.

I understood but in the Google Playstore Device certification showing that Your device is not register.this problem faced after Andriod 10 Developer version 2 Upgrade
