My device is showing your device is corrupt and cannot be trusted Error while booting Up. I tried Resetting My device, wiped cache partition and now when I am trying to flash Stock ROM based on Oreo My Device Is not being detected by adb. Is there A solution.?

I am facing the same issue and not being the technical person i was following a video how to resolve this and tried everything but still was not able to connect the pc to the phone cause my phone wont turn on.Kindly suggest something.
