Call waiting doesn't work

During call with any one then if someone call me say busy and don't show me that someone is calling or waiting........ that's lot of big problem in Asus Zenfone Max pro M2
Please solve my problem
I also started call waiting on in my phone and sim card although I facing problem at now..

Call waiting doesn't work

Since you said you started call waiting option in your phone, can you share the path from where you did those steps to enable the call waiting for your sim cards?

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.
