Is there any asus smartfone with OFFLINE bootloader unlock?
OFFLINE means:
- No Wifi required / network connectivity
- No google logon required
- No registration on some strange websites and waiting weeks after providing IMEI for unlock code
OFFLINE must work - either with stock ROM (any upgraded version) or with provided installation package (apk) which can be installed directly on formatted phone
