No, they can't because Google camera is a proprietary software developed by Google.

Yes i looses network 5 to 6 times with half an hour before shutdown
After shutdown device didn't restarted automatically,even after pressing power button it was not starting
Then i entered recovery mode from there i restarted my device
Because of this abnormal shutdown i loosed my monthly online test
