[BUG]Automatically Shutting down in 432 Max pro M1

Bugs:-
1.After updating to 432 build in my asus zenfone max pro M1, it is automatically Shutting down at night while charging, happened two days in a row, I missed my alarms because of this. Fix this ASAP.
2. Call comes but ringtone doesn't plays and notification doesn't come to, only vibrates and after the incoming call stops, notification comes as missed call. Missed 2-3 calls becoz of this bug

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

If the situation persists after performing the Factory Reset, please let me know.
