Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: asus zenfone max pro m2 (ZB631KL)
Firmware Version:
Rooted or not: not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: since 24 may 2020
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
its been a while since i have this problem. i never done any kind of root or any kind that will change the software. i was using it for instagram when it suddenly turned off. and when i try to turn it on again it just happend. i've been try to fix it to the authorized service centre and he say it's the motherboard issue and that gonna cost 80% of the hand held product.
i have read the other with the same issue in this forum, but still no solution. is there some one could help me to fix this issue?

Yes you are right this happened with many users after 073 update rolled out by Asus with technical glitch. After repeated tweets and email finally Asus HQ responded and taken the defective device into consideration.
