Hello. ZenFone 10 user
Phone died and plugged in phone to charge. It is stuck on the ZenFone logo with the colourful balls bouncing underneath the logo
When entering recovery mode, it won't let me perform a factory reset, when I click the button to reset, it just refreshes the recovery mode page.
Tried the others options from the safe mode. Also have let the battery run down and then charged it up to max to see if it would progress beyond the ZenFone stage. It doesn't
What can I do?
