They mentioned some bugs in changelog.

I think in previous version they have mentioned beta. In new version they haven't mentioned like beta. So this is stable I guess

Nope this is not stable, they've clearly mentioned it's "Developer" version so it'll have few bugs and glitches! Stable version will probably come after a while! IMO!
