Asus max pro m2 screen not working without physical damage even after resetting.

My max pro m2 is a little over a year old and its touch is not working properly. As advised I have tried hard resetting the phone many times now. It works for 5 ish minutes after rebooting and then stops working, I cant even take the phone to a service center due to lockdown in my area,
I'd like to know if its a software or a hardware thing and how to fix it if possible...
