Airtel- Vodafone Volte issue

I am facing the Volte issue in my ZenPhone Max Pro M1 :
1) It was working previously but after new update it is not working
2) I checked with my service provider and also tried different service provider still the same issue.
3) No option on phone for Volte to Enable

This is a feature of asus max phones. They don't charge for it, it comes free with the devices.

Thank you for your asking. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.
1. What is your current firmware version?
2. What is your previous firmware version that works with VoLTE?
3. Do you face the VoLTE issue with Airtel, Vodafone, or both carrier?
4. Please try reset Network: Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
5. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
