Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ASUS_X00TD
Firmware Version: QKQ1.WW_Phone-17.2017.2006.429-20200614
Rooted or not: Not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Permanent
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
After the recent system update to Android 10, I received notification to update and I did it. After the update, rebooting the phone I am not getting network, sim is disabled. Please see screenshot.
I have removed the sim and inserted back, still the sim is disabled. I am unable to use phone for calling.
Expected a better tested version from Asus. Totally disappointed. How do i revert back to Android 9?

Hi there, kindly follow the below steps:
1 . Kindly use another sim in the device and see if it works.
2 . Use the sim in another device and see if the issue is with sim.
3 . If the issue persists with device using another sim, kindly factory reset your phone
after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
