A10 update sound problem

After updating to android 10 my phons loudspeaker sounds increased and also when i use headset..the problem is there is no clarity only loudnessis there when i connected to blutooth device the same problem is occurring. Somebody Please help.

Could you tell us whether your phone is ZB601KL or ZB630KL?
Please also tell us your firmware version: Settings > About phone > Build number.
Do you mean the sound quality is not as expected when using speakers, earphones, and bluetooth?
Could you tell us whether your sound is media/alarm/notification/call? 🙂
