I had visited the SC already thrice on this, they told the same thing, this is due to software update & not any hardware issue. How many times should I visit for this same issue? Please request you to look into this issues as yesterday evening my battery was 50%, when I checked today in morning it was fully discharged & phone was off :mobile_phone_off:. Also now it is taking 3 Hrs to get fully charged to 100 %. When I turned ON mobile after fully charged, back to back I saw error - System UI Not responding, Apps not responding, phone freeze for 10 ~15 sec & now observing some new issues
Can you please have a proper look into this as it is getting difficult to use mobile.
@Christine_ASUS Hello Christine, Can u please also advise on this as many users r facing the same issues. I had purchased this new phone just 2.5 months ago & facing many issues. Even SC are not able to fix it permanently.
Just resetting device, clearing cache, visiting SC is not helpfull to fix this permanently, now getting really irritated by doing the same things, getting
😒 really on such things.
