Update title

My phone zenfone lite l1.
One update knocking my door and I am dare to update that because update's title is in Chinese.
So I wanted know that I should update that or not

I also got the same thing on my Zenfone Live L2. but I keep updating it, nothing happens and the security patch version is newer. in my opinion it's just a bug in the information system so it's displayed in Chinese with the TW code. it does not make a bug or error I suggest updating it.
