can you help me with my phone? asus Zenfone live l1, the original version of my phone is Android 8 then i updated into Android 10 then i experience a lot of bugs so i downgraded it into Android 9 suddenly it stucks on checking updates after that i bring it into the cellphone shop and fix it. When i try to add my Google acc it stucks on checking info. Can someone help me??

Thank you for your asking. Could you provide me the video of the situation? Is your screen still functional? If it is not, please try following steps to access recovery mode.
1. Keep pressing "volume down key"
2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration
3. Still keep pressing "volume down key" and stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset"
